Help guys
Bike 1:I have my eye on a 2003 flhtc-u stage 2 and chromed out, rineheart slip ons with all records at finger tips, 13,500 miles. Can probably get it for 9,000-11,000
Bike 2: My other eye on a 2009 street glide with 37,000 miles, rush pipes, 2 owners, rest stock. Can get for 13,000-13,5000.
Yalls thoughts about adding 5 warranty (pros and cons)
All input will help!

If both bikes are in good running order then maybe it is not much to worry about. I would ask the cost of a 5 year extended warranty and then take that amount out of your checking account and not touch it unless it is a bike related repair. I once bought a extended warranty on a used car and to get anyone to honor it was a pain in the butt. my new car I bought this past April is a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and it comes with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty at no extra cost. When I bought my new Sportster 3 weeks ago the finance guy acted like I stabbed him in the heart when I declined the extended warranty ( this is kind of a starter bike for me as I have not rode a bike since 1983 and I was planning to get a new one in 3 years anyways). Good luck. Dave
