Yes as long as there is still time remaining on the warranty. I bought my 06 Street Glide in March. Went to the local dealer and they did the paper work for the warranty transfer

Its under a 2 year manufators warranty no matter who owns it. If you bought an Extended warranty it is transferable to the new owner when you sell it. However, you cant transfer an extended warrantyfrom your old bike to the new bike.

I bought my bike when it was one year old. The warranty was automatically transfered over. In addition, my local dealer did a nice thing for me. They filled out some kind of a form notifying the MoCo that I was the new owner and now I receive all the various magazines/propoganda stuff in the mail automatically.
