Many of you who have been on HDF for any length of time know me. I've met many of you on the road and I hosted three very well attended HDF Midwest Rallies in East Central Illinois.

I've ridden in all 48 Continental States and Canada over the years and have ridden my 2000 CVO Road Glide for the past 14 years and the whole time I've been on HDF. Hell, I was one of the first members to install Rinehart True Duals on their bike back in the day. Everyone knew me on the road by my big orange Harley.

Today I ordered a 2015 Road Glide Special in Denim Black and when it gets here my CVO will be history and some other lucky rider will get to experience a truly wonderful bike! It's time though. There have been so many upgrades since 2000, especially since 2009 with the new frame and rear tire. Then you add the fact that I'm jumping from a 95ci 1550cc motor to a 103ci 1690cc powerhouse with a highly improved fairing and killer stereo and I'm sure you can understand why I'm excited.

Cool.. I have a 2000 ultra that I can't seem to bring myself to replace. How you did it with yours you justified it well. Maybe I'll start thinking like that when the dealers are killing for a sale in Dec. lol
