Default SpitFire Customs RIPOFF

To all,

I recently purchased a set of Corsair pipes from Spitfire Customs in Rancho Cucamunga, CA and they have ripped me off.

Its been several weeks now, and I have had no call back from them or emails. I was not given a shipment notice, the confirmation email was sketchy and I am pissed.

DO NOT buy from Spitfire, they will burn you. Nice product, legit-seeming website. HORRIBLE customer service.

maybe this will help some of you avoid some heart ache

You should always buy stuff with your credit cards so you can dispute it. Also if you paid with your debit card you can also dispute the charge but its a longer process.

I would recommend stabbing at least one of them in the neck.

I guess I'm on the other side of the fence, I give little to no credibility to someone who joins a site just to bash someone or some company. Especially after it has only been a couple of weeks.

There are always exceptions but I just have a hard time taking them serious.

Wondering if you've even tried to contact them? Email? Phone? Fax? Smoke signals?

Seems that way lately, doesn't it. Some join just to whine about something and then they are gone.

Guys, I know I know it sounds whiney, and yes I did just join to make this post, but hear me out. I love riding, and I love customizing anything. I do NOT like dealing with poor customer service, especially when I just paid $600 and even bought one of their shirts!

I'm not new to this forum, I just havent posted anything here. working on that.

Ive called them every day several times for weeks. If theyre taking their time and doing a good job, thats fine. Let me know though! Answer the phone? Am I the only one who would be aggravated by this?

Bought with paypal, its being disputed. I would rather have my pipes though...

You do realize that Sturgis just wrapped up? Maybe they've been up there the past week. Doesn't account for any attempts previously, but still. Trying to contact a vendor during a major bike event is next to impossible. Give them another week to get back to the shop and sort thru things, then try again.
