Changing out the petcock and the filter will not come out of the tank. It's the metal screen type filter (replacement is plastic) and it'll slide up and down freely until it gets to the end and it's like there's something on the end of the screen that's bigger than the hole. Should I just reuse this filter? Putting a new stock type petcock on. Hoping that this will fix the "not getting fuel to the carb" problem.
