I'm sure this topic has been brought up before but couldn't find any information of failures of the aluminum AN fittings, so I thought I would ask. I recently put an HD factory oil cooler on my 09 Electra Glide. Didn't like the formed rubber hose look, so I plumbed it with braided stainless at first and aluminum AN fittings at the filter adapter and covered clamps at the cooler. The braided stainless just seemed to stiff, even though I gave enough extra for movement, I was afraid the stiffness would transfer that vibration to the fittings and possibly cause a break, which would be real messy to say the least. I re-plumbed with braided nylon and it seemed a little more flexible but still kind of stiff. As I said I looped the hoses and gave plenty of room for movement. Anyone have any experience running the AN hose and fittings. Any issues? Ice posted few picks of how I ran the hoses. Thanks for any input! Mike
