Finding starter relay

Default Finding starter relay

Can someone tell me exactly where the starter relay is located on 1996 (FLHTCI) Electra Glide Classic.foundno relays under seat, 2 relays under right side cover, but neither stops bike from cranking when disconnected.Trying to install a guard dawg starter relay interupt. Installation doesn't seem to help

Default starter relay

Take off the outer fairing and facing the headlight If I remember right its on the right side above the headlamp. If you need exact location email me and I will get the manual out.
