There has actually been a change of attitude from the owners regarding manuals and copyrighted materials. There is a process content owners can take if they wish something removed and management will no longer take proactive measures.

If H-D has a problem with their copyrighted material being available for download on the WWW, they should be the ones going after the infringers who make their materials available. After all, they probably have better lawyers than Internet Brands. Besides that, just about any website that has a TOS has a Copyright Policy that directs anyone who feels their copyright has been violated to the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
I’ll bet the moderators are happy about the new policy change,
