Ok so I want to chop the fender on my 09 Nightster. I have removed the rear fender and it is ready to be cut. After I cut the strut I am going to re-mount the stock tail lights on the strut, or what is remaining of it. My question is, how have you guys been mounting the lights? Are you using some kind of spacer and a bolt? Also, how did you remove the stock spacer and the strut cover off of the wire? Please help!!! It's so nice out and I can't ride!
