Default Not sure what it is? HELP!

I have a 2001 Roadking flhri. It was running fine and then it started. I would ride it to work and stop at the gas station about 3 miles away, went to start it and it wouldn't start and I could smell gas.It almost seems like one of the cylinder is flooding upon start up, It has gotten worse. I have cleaned out the throttle body and that didn't help, changed the plugs and that didn't help. Changed the fuel filter, no luck. Next step take her out back and put a very large bullet in it to put it out of my misery.
It has had the following done.
Andrews cam 50g
S&S gear drive
stage 1 air cleaner
Bubs bad dog pipes
Gaterman roller lifters
there is 27093 mileage on it.

I just ran it to operating temp and it did it again, wont start. I pulled one plug at a time and it has great spark.
I did notice that the plugs look like they are running rich, covered in black soot.
I,m wondering if it could be the power commander? The previous owner put a Rev Teck Stealth commander on it?

Has great spark at the moment it wont start? Coils like to fail when they are warm. If its sparking seems ignition module is doing its job i would think. Far as the fuel control stuff im clueless, im running carb. Im no expert just ruling out the simple obvious stuff

Is there a way to test a coil once it is hot? I had a 65 mustang that would do crap like this, only once the coil got hot. After 10 minutes, a friend who was a mechanic for Ford's told me that one. Not sure how to test a Harley's though.
I am trying to start replacing parts to narrow it down.

see if a buddies got a extra coil laying around to borrow and see if that solves your issue, easiest way to rule it out

Soot on the plugs? Sounds way rich to me. Are you running both the rev Tech unit and the power commander? If so remove the Rev Tech, change the plugs and try it again.
