If you haven't tried fresh fuel, I'd give that a shot next. I had an 80 FLH that needed long-reach plugs. If I put the standard plugs in it, it'd foul 'em in no time at all.I don't remember theChampion number. The engine was stock except for a conversion to no-lead heads.

Good luck

Possibly your coil or ignition is going belly-up. I'd shut off the fuel (assuming it's not FI), pull the plugs, connect the plugs to the wires and make sure the body (steel part) of the plug is making contact with a non-painted surface. Crank the thing over and look at the spark. (Keep your face away from the plug holes so the compression doesn't flick something in your eye)

The spark should be very snappy and blue, firing on the tip of the plug. If the spark is yellow and/or erratic, you've got an ignition problem. (Coil, electronic ignition, etc.)

If the plugs fire down inside between the ceramic insulation and the body of the plug, then the plugs are junk.

I KNEW HOW TO CHECK FOR SPARK BUT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT WHAT THE SPARK SHOULD LOOK LIKE, I'LL TAKE ANOTHER LOOK I DON'T THINK IT IS IGNITION BECAUSE WHEN I STARED HAVING THE PROBLEMS, I STARTED REPLACING THE PARTS DOWN THE LINE, I HAD A SCREAMING EAGLE IGNITION REPLACED IT WITH A CRANE MULTI SPARK, NO FIX, THEN COIL, NO FIX, WIRES, NO FIX, REPLACED THE PLUGS NUMEROUS TIMES, IVE EVEN REPLACED THAT VOES SWITCH EVEN THOUGH I KNEW IT WAS WORKING BECAUSE MY TIMING LIGHT SHOWED IT WAS ADVANCING RIGHT, BUT I WILL CHECK FOR BLUE SPARK I GUESS IT IS POSSIBLE I COULD HAVE GOT A NEW FAULTY COIL EVEN THOUGH I DID DO A OHMS METER TEST ONBOTH COIL'S NEW AND OLD AND THEY SHOWED THE SAME. I APPRECIATE ALL THE HELPI WAS HOPPING MAYBE I MISSED SOMETHING TO LOOK AT THX AGAIN

What exactly is the bike doing????

Book says...If a spark plug fouls repeatedly:

1. Incorrect plugs for the kind of service.

2. Piston rings badly worn or broken.

3. Fuel mixture too rich or enrichener left on too long.

4. Valve guides or seals badly worn.

Also:

5. Excessive valve stem-to-guide clearance.

6. Incorrect float height.

Start with the bold entries (easiest to check).

Then do a compression test followed by a leakdown test. This will tell you rings or valve area.

Enrichener might need adjustment, carb diaphragm might be torn or pinched. It sounds like something in the carb. Worn jets or needles could be making it run rich too.
