The number of leads on the coil will tell you if you have single or dual fire. How did you determine there was no spark at the plug?

I took the wire off the plug and put a screwdriver in it put it to bare metal and there was no spark... I'll try to get a pic of the coil to see what kind I have new at all this I don't know what you mean by leads

the smaller wires that go to the coil ( not the thick ones that go to the plugs) if there are two then dual fire, three is single fire. Do you have access to a multimeter?

you will ohm out the coil, but before that do some voltage checks, one of those leads should have 12VDC on it when the ignition is "on".
