Default wiring a voes

I have a new 99 model crate motor that I'm wiring a new VOES that came with a 2 wire female plug. I need to hard wire this to my Dynatek ignition. Which of the 2 wires is the "hot" wire? Which is the ground? One wire comes from the middle of the VOES, one comes from the side. Thank you for your help.

VOES is just a switch, it doesn't matter.

Use which ever wire to each location that gives you the easiest routing.

My FXRP, the 1 wire voes connects to the module, and gets ground through the mounting bracket.
