I am installing a Andrews EV27 cam in my 98 Fuel Injected Road King over the weekend (along with the new bearing, lifters and Smith Bros adjustable pushrods). My question is this: Do I need to have a dealer load a stage 2 update to my ECM? I am running a stock ECM right now with Rush slip ons, Screamin Eagle Air Cleaner and the Power Commander 3 USB.

I have a map for the PC3-USB that Fuel Moto was kind enough to send me - is this all that I need?

 

If you will be going with the PC3 from Fuelmoto, I would pass on any download from the dealer. All you will need to do is dial in that PC3.
