I am finally putting in my EV27 cam over the weekend (along with the new bearing, lifters and Smith Bros adjustable pushrods). My question is this: Do I need to have a dealer load a stage 2 update to my ECM?

I have a power commander and have a map for it that Fuel Moto was kind enough to send me - is this all that I need?

 

Contact Fuel Moto and ask their advice. They can probably supply a fresh map if you need one.

 

If you end up using Harley's stage 2 download. I would suggest in looking for the cartridge first like on Ebay....not too expensive.

 

Need to know what Fuel Moto sent you a map for, most likely it is for a stock ECM. Stage 2 isn't nothing great more of a rev limit increaser but need to know what map they have setup
