Default Map change from 103 to 107 with head work

Had my 103 dyno tuned with SE Pro Tuner for 777s, air cleaner and exhuast. Just added the FM 107 big bore and level B heads. I have the cable and software and wanted to know if there is a way to update the existing map to accomodate the additional ci's and air flow prior to doing dyno or self tunes. I will most likely have it dyno tuned at some point but would like to update the current map before running it in this configuration. Am I over concerned with how running the old map will affect the bike? Can self tuning really get it close from the old map to now with the additions? Thanks!

You can do exactly what you are talking about. what injectors do you have as that needs changing also. If you will send me a PM with your email I can send the instructions as I already have them in an email I sent to another guy with screen shots. Also send what year and model bike is and all other information about exhaust and compression. Assume it is 10.5 or 10.25. Will send you a modified map that will work for you. Have several stage 4 107 tunes. If you had rather you can send me your current tune and will mod it.
j.r.1982 If you want you can PM also and will send to you also.
