Please Help me identify this relay.. It's the only one that works.

The relay the OP posted is a dual 87 terminal relay.

Makes no difference, it works the same way, it just has two terminals that have power when the relay is energized.

The start circuit only needs one 87 terminal anyway.

Virtually any automotive relay from Napa will work, run a jumper for the second live terminal.
