Trade 09 StreetGlide for RoadKing
After I bought my SG I rode a Road King and realized I bought the wrong bike. I dumped a ton of money into it trying to make it so I would like it, but it is not happening. You can pretty much see all the chrome I added like lowers, bar and shield crash bar, chrome wheels, polished rotors, PM mirrors, etc. I also have the inner fairing painted black with heavy silver metal flake, HD oil cooler, Rinehart exhaust with chrome end caps, SE clutch spring. I have my engine machined to 103 with heads ported and SE 255 cams, Stage 1 air cleaner, PCV with autotune, dyno tuned. Phase 7 LED headlight, HD LED tailight, tribar with brake/running light, curved plate holder. Theres more Im sure I am forgetting. Bike is a 09, security, cruise, with 2,800 miles. Spotless. I am looking to trade for an equivalent standard Road King (no Classic). What I mean by equivalent is 09 and up with similar mods.
Im kicking around buying a new one because I love that Candy Orange and beer bottle color. My wife keeps telling me to strip it down and trade it in, but I would hate to do that. However, it might come down to that. Fiqured I would see what happen offering a trade. I am in Delaware about 20 minutes south of Philadelphia and an hour, or so, north of Baltimore.

Sure did. My wife has convinced me to stop putting money into it, and look for a Road King. Because that is what I really want, and will never be happy with the Street Glide.
