Hey guys , Chris here. I recently started riding and when I say recently I mean last year. I had bought myself a v star to start out with intentions of getting a Victory Kingpin this year. Then it happened I went into a used Harley dealership about a week ago and fell in love. It is a 06 Road king classic with a two paint . Dragon fly green and vivid black this bike is gorgeous. Only issue I'm having with pulling the trigger is it has 47K on it , but it has allegedly been dealer maintained its entire life and started right up. The price is in line with others in the area with similar miles so any input would be welcome. Thanks

Welcome to the forums. To me that is a lot of miles. If the price is really good and they can show you maintenance records of how they say its been maintained, then it might get my attention. Otherwise I would probably just keep looking.
That is just my opinion, I'm sure some will agree and some will disagree.

Welcome aboard. You are correct in that the '06 has some considerable miles on her, but that is not necessarily a bad thing as that is roughly 6k miles/year. IMHO the bigger concern is being an '06 as there were quite a few changes with internals around that year (I believe most were in the Dyna models but browse the other frame types for 'o6 issues) and make certain that any/all work was done by certified pros.
