Okay guys...looking for Advice, Likes and Dislikes, tried and true Mods for my new Ultra Limited Low. I'm all ears...let me have em...

 

Best advice that I can give is enjoy your bike stock until you find something that you don't like about it and then fix that.

If you get to the point where you are wanting to change the air cleaner, head pipe or slip-ons, don't do any of that until you decide on a tuner.

 

Brand new stock now...

 

If you live in North Georgia then you have a lot of mountain roads nearby that you need to go ride. Get out and put some miles on that bike.

 

I had a mustang seat from my previous bike so am using that and I like it. I didn't like the position of the brake pedal so ordered a Softbrake pedal and I do like that better. I moved the TP back even further with the kury relocator and we both like that. I did stage one just cause I wanted the bike to run a little richer than stock. Other than those things I lover everything about the bike.

 

I have 17,500 miles on my '15 Limited Low and the only mods were swapping out the handlebars (more rise and pullback) and a LRS 8" Ultra Windshield. Everything else is stock and can't think of anything that needs to be changed. Oh, I did add the Custom Dynamics Fillerz to increase the rear visibility and cover up those empty slots.

 

Thanks guys. I know I'm going to love the bike. Vivid Black was my 2nd choice behind the Mysterious Red. The red got sold before I could make a deal. I'm sure I'll love the black just as much, maybe more!

 

Totally new exhaust... High flow intake, Fuel manager... 107" Big Bore Kit... Ohlins shocks... Corbin seat... That's what I'd do...

 

What kind of Ohlins did you get? Are they the same length or shorter than the stock Shocks?

 

Harley Hammock Seat: The stock seat pushed me too far forward and the Hammock still allows me to flat foot 5'7

8" Long Ride Shield: Girlfriend was complaining of buffeting.

Full Size Passenger Floor Boards: Girlfriend did some more complaining.

Long Angled Adjustable Highway Peg Mounts: Used the passenger floorboards that I swapped out above.

We now ride all day with no complaints.
