Default 0 oil pressure, please help

Hello,
I have a 74 inch shovelhead and have no oil pressure. I accidentally over filled my oil, however, I did not ride anywhere. My bike now (after removing excess oil) has no oil pressure. I have tested my gauge w/ compressed air and it works. I have also removed my oil filter. I have removed all lines going to and from the oil pump and see no oil coming or going. The pump gears turn. I also have very limited flow of oil coming out of the tank. Not sure what is normal, but it seems very little. I have removed, cleaned and blown out the oil tank and feed line to the pump. I have removed and inspected the check valve, tappet screen and the bypass plunger. I have also opened the oil line on the rear rocker box and no oil or air pumps out. Any ideas? I have fooled around with this trying various things with no success. If any one has experienced this or has an idea of how I proceed I would be very grateful.
Thank you, Spencer

Check the shear pin on your pump. It could be that the pump is turning with the shaft while not under load but is slipping on the shaft if trying to pump oil.

Yes I suppose that is possible. Does anyone know of a way to test that without removing the entire pump?

If you have gotten far enough in to see that the gears are moving you should be able to just pull them out if i remember correctly. They should just slide out of the housing.
