Couple powder coat questions (clear, brushed finish)
I was talking to a local HD dealer and the powder coater that they like to use. They both are believers in putting a clear powder over the powder coat. They said one advantage is that you can buff out scratches. Opinions on this?
Today I got a Joker Machine mirror. One part of it has a brushed finish then it is anodized. Is there a powder coat that could look similar?
Thanks
Eric

Try giving these guys a look-see.
I had my frame/swingarm done there years ago and it still looks good and their turnaround, at the time anyway, was fairly quick. I think it took about a week or two to get my parts back.
They also used to do all of the Buell frames until the deal feel apart. I heard it was because Buell had fallen on some hard times.
Edit: I see you are in Waukesha. Sheboygan is about an hour north of you, straight up 43 north.
