Default need help diaging an inner primary leak

03 FLHTCUI. Replaced jackshaft seal, main seal, bearing and 0-ring once. Stopped leaking for 500 miles ish. Replaced main seal 2 more times with same results. Just replaced the main seal again last week and leak started as soon as i rode. oh forgot to mention it only leaks after riding and then stop and place on jiffy stand. Absolutly sure its primary oil on account that its the only one that is low when checked.

Guess you can not see where it is coming from? Did you notice how bad the outer cover rocked on the inner primary face?

I can't see where its coming from. Think the inner may be warped? I've looked at the inner casing also to see if there might be a crack but none are viseable

Been in my primary twice. When I slide the outer cover on with no gasket, when it touches the center area, there is at least a 1/32" of rock. However somehow by tightening like the manual shows (and a thin film of rtv black) mine does not leak. Also, the backside up against then engine requires rtv around engine flange. I let the rtv dry a day and then rub and pill off the fine bead. Cannot even tell I put it on.

Ya my outer primary doesn't leak and I put a thin bead of rtv on the inner mating surface.
