Default Question on California earth quakes

I'am in North Platte NE on my way to California and wondering what's going on with the earth quakes. I was going to Redding,Fort Bragg,Sacramento , Yosemite , Bakersfield and Monterey . Can some of my California brothers tell me if this is safe or should I stay out of some areas. I'am from Illinois don't know much about earthquakes like how far they spread and how powerful they are. Would appreciate any info you could give me

Earthquakes are much safer then your bike. Ride on with no worries. I lived in Calif for 35 years and felt a few quakes and they were nothing like a few quakes I felt in Washington state.

You might get hit by lightning though....

That is so bad.....

I grew up in Alaska, been through bunches of 'em. NORMALLY, if you get a good shaker things kind of settle down for awhile. Kinda like mother earth says "pull my finger"....
