I have a 2007 RG, with a 103 kit and Woods cams, that had that issue. Replaced the front motor mounts 2-3 times, installed an S&S crank, timken bearings, etc, etc, etc. Then I got the glide pro urethane front motor mount and swing arm mounts. Completely resolved the issue. The newer bikes have a top motor mount to resolve this and I've seen on here where folks have swapped out the front cyl to the newer model and that also seems to resolve this. Good luck.

I truly hate saying this; test ride a new Rushmore. I had a 07 CVO ultra that I was never completely happy with. When the Rushmore's came out I took one for a test ride. That was all it took. The 14 addressed all my issues, I now love my bike. If it works for you financially, it's probably the ultimate solution.

To the OP, I have an 07 RG and had the same issue, I put in the glide pro and it went away. Its about $220 for their front MM, it comes with a 1/2" bolt instead of the OEM 3/8. So after dumping a small fortune in the bike so far, whats another couple hun.
But I challenge you to try this, because even after the Glide pro install, I had the same vibe and Jake at GP told me what to do and it worked.
Loosen the front motor mount bushing bolt, start the motor and rev it a couple times to about 3000 rpms, shut the motor off, now torque the MM bolt to 10-12 FOOT POUNDS.
Not sure if it works on a stock mount, but it did on the Glide pro and that was 25k miles ago. At least this tidbit of info is free.

Hey guys, Im getting ready for Bikes Blues & BBQ this weekend, I'll try the loosen bolt and run the bike fix on saturday. If that does I'll post the outcome. As far as replacing bushing, It will have to wait until MOMA settles down from all the vibrations If you know what I mean!!!! Thanks for the info! I'm at Whits-end on the vibration.

One other thing to try. My bike had an annoying vibration that only came in at certain RPMs. Finally discovered that the exhaust header was contacting the right side floorboard mount causing the vibration. It drove me crazy until figured it out. Shimmed the floorboard mount and it went away. It wasnt touching when the bike was just sitting.
