Default 1984 Shovelhead bottom end is Evo?

Hi....I just read somewhere that the 1984 FXSB Shovelhead engines had Evo bottom ends, does anyone know if this is true?

its this way not the other - the first evos shared parts with the late shovel like the rods and the equal size flywheels / pinion shaft and for a very short while the sprocket shaft with the key way / oil pump and cam / pinion gearing but not the block that was still shovel before 82
