Lots of people seem to be trading up to new bikes every year it seems and they do this a few times in ones biking lives
So surely 2hand low mileage and some high mileage bikes must be flooding the market???
So where do they all go or do they just sit on dealers floors until sold?
Must be a few dollars just sitting on the dealers floors

Around here ,I'm seeing lots of good used twin cams sitting around in people's yards with for sale signs. Plenty on cragslist too.

 

yep our dealer goes over and buys a few at auctions and brings them back over here and sell them at a good profit
some are bought from Japan as well

I've owned 16 bikes and only bought 1 new from a dealer. Craigslist is the spot now. Used to be tradin times.

 

Between 1984 and 1999, the MoCo built over 1,000,000 Evolution big twins. Most places I go mine is the only one I see anymore. If mine's not worn out yet I can't believe the rest are. So where are they?

i suspect they're being bought up by brokers and shipped to Europe and Asia, where they bring more money. :-(
