Smile Rocker C Modifications

Working on my Rocker C-I hated the way the coil looked on the bike so I bought a Kuryakyn Horn cover-see attached pic and modified it to fit over the coil. It looks a lot better. I also removed the lousy looking coil bracket and painted it to match the bike color. What a difference.

That looks awesome! Such a great idea. Did you take step by step photos of how you did it?

I will take step by step pics today. It was fairly easy using a dremel with a cutting wheel and grinding stones. For 69.00 on Ebay I think it was worth the time and effort to modify it.

I think it's an awesome upgrade and very creative!! I have a Dremel and would definitely do this on my bike. I don't like the plastic grenade looking thing that came with it.

Default Took Some More Pics

I posted a couple more pics and in the next couple of days I will pull the cover off and show more details on how to modify the horn cover.

Looks like the Rocker coil is in the same spot as my Heritage horn. I have the same cover on my bike....
