Default 4 1/2 in. Swept Back Risers For 2017 Slim

Anyone put the 4 1/2 swept back risers on a 2017 Slim, will they fit without changing clutch or brake lines.

Default 2015 slim with the pullback risers

So I understand that my situation doesn't fit the bill that you're requesting...But I can give some insight. My break line needed an extension installed. Since my clutch is only cable actuated, it only required an adjustment. I had the dealer do the install since the ABS needs a dealer computer-tool to run the break bleed procedure...Kinda criminal if you ask me. With that being said, I would probably guess the same requirement would be called for your hydraulic clutch lines.

are these the ones you're looking at? I installed them on my 99 fatboy no problem BUT I have a longer brake line on my bike. I lowered the brake caliper with an adapter bracket when I installed a newer style caliper, so there wasn't much extra line on mine. the brake line is easy to change if you don't have ABS. I've never worked with the HD ABS system but I hear it's a paint to bleed the lines.

by the way I think they move the bars too close to me so I want to replace them with straight 3 or 4 inch risers

Yes, those are the ones I have part number 55900023.
I installed them last night still have a few things to work out. Although they did just bolt on the handle bar wires are a little tighter than I like. The clutch and brake line are just long enough.

Back together test ride complete.
Really like the fit of the bars now. I did a 130 mile trip just the other day and my back and arms ached. I am a short guy 5'8" after installing these risers they bought the bars up and back.

I'm 5'8" too an it seems the bars are a little close for me but I need some seat time to be sure. the riser clamp is right against the speedo housing, I can barely slide a credit card between the two.

have had them on my 2014since new and love them for same reasons you stated. Made me consider switchung to the street slammers. Have them in hand. Just too busy for a swap just yet.
