Winter Storage in TEXAS.
I know that our winters don't really kick in until about January and even then it is still warm enough to ride at least a few days a month, so my question is do I need to do anything special during the time that my bike may be sitting for a month or so.
My current oil has 2200 miles on it, I am going to change it before the temp gets below 50F, or at 3000 miles which ever comes first.I am running Amsoil products in all three holes. I travel with my job, usually 4 weeks at a time, so that's the reason for the question.
I guess my question is, if I am still going to ride my bike at least once or twice a month (maybe more if I am home)during the winter, do I need to do anything special?
