Default Oxygen sensor

I am actively shopping for a new exhaust and have my eye on the Hooker fourbidden's. I see that they don't have o2 sensor ports will removing them from my bike harm it in any way? When i buy the exhaust i plan on getting the arlen ness big sucker kit and Power Commander at the same time. Thanks for any help. Anybody run a similar set up?

Running a 07 Nighttrain.

Welcome to the forum.

I just added 2.25 baffles to my Rush slipons, got a pc computer thing and a kn filter for the air side thing. I called fuelmotor and spoke to a Jamie, he was very very helpful. I told him I didn't even want to hook the computer thing up to my computer; and could he do all that junk.

He did, ......so all I had to do was install the thing. Follow the instructions and removing the Oxygen sensors was cake. Best to talk to someone like that, as that's all they do all day; Sell those commander things. They answer every possible question you could have.

He even knew what the problem I was having with something because it was a European bike. Now that's someone who knows what they're doing.

Think the link is....... http://www.fuelmotousa.com/

You don't want to eliminate the O2 sensors, the ECU uses that information to supply the proper fuel for things like altitude change and temp.

Even if you buy an exhaust system without the bungs getting some put onto your new exhaust is not a big deal. An exhaust place may have bungs for your O2 sensors and will weld them in for you.
An example is D&D they sell the bungs. Many options but don't eliminate the sensors...

You dont need the 02 ports if you are going with the pclll as they come with 02 eliminators anyway

If you're installing the Power Commander you'll be eliminating the o2 sensors as they don't utilize the use of them, so no worries, use you're Hooker pipes and PCIII and air filter kit and you'll be good to go.
