Well, where do you store your Harley in the winter? I built a 16X20 foot building for mine. I plan to finish the wiring this spring and add some shelves. I put 1/4 inchpegboard on the walls. I have a friend who keeps his bike in his living room. I've been seeing one , on the way to work here lately,that is juststored outside without a cover. Where do you keep yours?

In the garage, covered up.

 

I keep mine in the garage next to the wall uncovered. Only because I don't really want to spend the money on a cover when I can use the money for mods. My pops used to keep his in the living room sometimes back like 10 years ago. Was a real pain trying to carry a '72 shovelhead up about six steps.

in a heated shop, uncovered... northern illinois

 

Unheated garage, under cover, jacked up to unload the suspension. Can't wait to sell my house some day, and get a small house with a huge heated garage workshop. Local bylaws prevent me from building a decent size garage on my current lot. Few years back, I helped my brother build a garage - 26' wide x 36' long. Heated, 2 garage doors in the front, and one 8' wide door at the rear.

 

In a 10X20 storage building, unheated, uncovered, anda battery tender hookedup to it. I normally store it late December in NC and bring it back out around March to April.

 

In the garage next to some light heat to keep it warm but not hot. Uncovered so that I can look at it and wipe it down when I feel like it.
