Default Filter good?

I bought a chrome oil filter about 10 months ago to change my oil and due to my work schedule ended up having the dealer do it. So, I am now due for another fluid change and was wondering if the filter that has been sitting in my garage for the last 10 months is still okay to use.

Don't see why it wouldn't be, but just wanted to make sure.

I have food in my house that have more than that time so, why your oil filter wasn't going to be ok? ;-D

Don't worry and use it.

I thought so, that's what you get when you have too much time to think of questions to post. I did geta short ride in today, sunny and 58 degrees. I love Texas, till summer.
