big radius 2-2 loud or not???????
just curious what you guys who are running big radius pipes think.....i'd like to compare them to something maybe to a set of se slip on mufflers....having the slip on's at a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. tell me what your honest opinion is of these mean looking tubes? where would you rate them on a scale of 1 to 10........cheers

RE: big radius 2-2 loud or not???????
I thought they were pretty loud at first, and they are when your on the bike, but i had my pops ride my bike the other day and it isnt as loud as i thought going down the road. I would acutally like to remove the baffles from mine if it didnt have negative affects on performance. I say 8...10 being no baffles. They sound and look sweet though and i love the hell outta them.

RE: big radius 2-2 loud or not???????
i agree about the bass note...it's not quite there......maybe removing the baffles and having a restriction plate welded to them may help...any thoughts on modification?????i'd really like to know how some exhaust systems achieve such a low bass note. it would be nice to actually see the internals if different exhausts, because if you were familiar with their sound possible a slight modification to your own pipes could achieve simialr results. i recentely listened to hooker tuned flow mufflers on a road king on youtube,of course this is not like standing beside the bike, but it really had a nice low rumble, not that high pitched snap of the big radius
