Default Softail or Dyna Wide

I am a proud owner of a 2006 Dyna Wide Glide but have come across a great deal on a 2008 Softail Custom. I am hoping someone can give me some feedback on the handling and ride comparison of the two. I am especially interested in the difference in ride between the rubber mount and the ridged.
Thanks
Tom

The rigid mount engine is counterbalanced, so it is very smooth, while the frame does transmit enough of the piston action through the hands, seat and feet that you know it's a Harley. To me, everything feels more direct and less isolated than the rubber mounts, and I guess that makes sense.

I rode a Dyna Glide into the hills of California east of San Marcos and it was a nice bike but I noticed that it vibrated noticably more then my Softail Custom doesdue to the Custom having a"B" motor mounted to the frame which also gives it a lower ride and looks cool with the shocks under the bike.

Test ride one if you can.

I find that the Dyna with the rubber mount on the rear was weird in the corners. I like the softail much better,
