I have a issue where I believe my head stock bearings need adjustment on my 07 Nightrain. When I stop hard I feel a thump in the front end. I changed out the Screaming Eagle Heavy fork oil and I thought that helped. I only have 2 k on the bike. Any recommendations on tightening this properly?

 

Take it in for warranty work.

 

+1 Its still new enough that it should be covered.

 

In my neck of the woods, first service at around 2500 miles says adj steering head bearings.
Take er in let em adj em for ya. Also you might want to make sure they fully lube the steering head. After my dealer supposedly did the job, i still added almost half a tube of HD special purpose grease to the neck to fill it.
