Default First Harley need help

buying my first Harley (not first bike) I seem to like old school bobber style bikes but because of funds and the fact that this will be my main mode of transport a new stock bike is the way for me-any recomendations on models or any modifications to a particular model pass it on -may help my decision thanks

Depending on your taste I would be looking at a Deluxe, Heritage, Crossbones, or a FatBob.
The first two would work well for distance cruising, especially as the Heritage comes with bags. While the last two are just really old school (Crossbones) with a springer front end, or be a better handling bike for twisties (FatBob).

...can't go wrong with a Road King...overall a good comfortable bike that you can ride to the bar OR from coast to coast...if youre tight on $$$ find a low mileage used unit...good luck.

I've been through Sportsters to LowRiders, to Heritage, and now the Road King, that I'm converting to a Street Glide.&nbsp\\; Detachable everything for the Road King is great advantage, including batwing with tunes, Sirius, and CD.&nbsp\\; Plus the ride is outstanding.&nbsp\\; You might go through a few before you find your true love, but when you do, you'll know it!&nbsp\\; A great option is renting.&nbsp\\; Rent a different model on consecutive days.&nbsp\\; That way it'll be fresh in you mind what you like/don't like.&nbsp\\; Cheap investment considering you're probably going to drop at least 20 grand before it's all said and done.&nbsp\\; CCRyder
