Default need ideas for retro style heritage

This is me father-inlaws bike and he wants to go 50 style with it. So far he has dual exhaust with fish tips and beach bars. He is looking to get the bar around the back of the seat like the old style bike but i cant seem to find any that would work with his stock seat. He is also looking to put a light on the front fender like the indian bikes but dosnt know what to get and how to mount it. He is also looking to add some bars on the front and rear fender like on the old bikes. If anyone has some pic of bike they made look 50s style or any info where i can get any of these parts it would be great.
Thanks

Harley makes the rails to fit most of the bikes. Check J&P Cycle for other fitment.

Seat rails were typically on big dual spring seats.

Bwana's ride should give you many good ideas for retro. Also do a search on Heritage pictures.

Spring seat, round air cleaner cover and the art-deco style axle covers (from Alren Ness) that I have.

The fender light is from a Heritage springer, and ordered from HD. It ended up being cheaper then after market.

Air Cleaner cover is also HD, and from the standard catalog.

The seat is custom made by Heater's Leather with a mounting kit from J&P Cycle. I don't know that anyone makes a mounting kit that works right out of the box without some modding.

I have installed an S&S Super a/c and also going to install a Roland Sands Timing cover. Click HERE

There is an EVO cam cover that really looks like the side cover for a Pan or Early Shovel that I liked, but nobody does it for Twin Cam engines. Why Harley does the cam/points cover from AMF is beyond me. (in the 70's, in our neck of the woods, we called these 'cone motors' to differentiate them from 66-69 shovels.) No points in there (great spot to hide a spare key, though).

I think that combo looks nostalgic!

Harley DID make a kicker for a 5 speed. Sure wish aftermarket made a 6-speed kicker. I would buy that in a heartbeat!

Careful with a kicker and true duals. I looked at it and don't think that it will clear.

Baker makes something called the Frankentranny.

A bit pricey, but something to consider.
