Default Bent Fork

Friend of mine has a 1993 Soft tail Springer. The left side of the main fork (not the springer assembly) is bent back about 1/4 of an inch. He's been riding it like this for about 5 years now with no problems but he's annoyed with it now and would like to get is straighten out.
Who or where could he take it, to get this done. He lives near Philly, Pa.

I'm sure there is somebody closer to your friend than this business, but I heard of a shop in Sacramento, CA quite a while ago and after a quick search, found this one. Maybe they can help.
