Default license plate relocation

I have an 07 night train and I have been looking to relocate the license plate to a side mount setup but i have been unable to find any tail light setups which dispose of (eliminate) the stock license plate holder. Any suggestions?

Do you want to use the stock tail light? The ones we have done we just cut the plate mount off an use the stock tail light setup.

Check out Road 6 Customs on Ebay, Also No School Choppers on ebay. Best bang for your buck.

I got a Road 6 Customs side plate.

I then took a Dremel tool, and cut off, and shaved the stock bracket, which I have seen a lot of people do with the Night Train. It took me some time, about 2.5 hours, but that is because I wanted to take my time and do it right, and not mess up. If you do the same, use some painters tape or something to tape up the fender and tire so the plastic coming off doesn't hit the fender or tire. I used a spare box to catch all the flying melting plastic.

Here are pictures to clarify. One shows (with the lights on) before I finished and how I just chopped off the larger part of the bracket and rode around for the last year before touching it up.

The LED lights on the mine were from Custom Dynamics, I since took them off because I changed my battery out, and never put them back on in the past 2 weeks.
