I was directed to this thread by my search for to put Heritage bags on a Fatboy with detachable sissy bar. basically exactly what you've done with different bags. What bracket part number did you use, and were there any problems you ran into.

the bracket # hd-gb-st200dbk-105. bracket for hd detachable backrest , no turn signal relocation. 22" bag is the limit with this bracket. the only problem was harleys yellow locktight they used on the the fender rail bolts, I thought the allens would strip on the way out.

Hey Heatstroke, Why didn't you move the bags to connect to both of the quick disconnect sissy bar? is it because you would have had to move the rear blinkers?

very nice... look like heritage bags with the studs, sweet. Wish I had the backrest to go with it. Id like the capability to put a luggage bag on one. I went with these used off of a guy on this site.

Great deal and I love the fact that they detach in literally 5 seconds a side!

Very nice,
Does the ghost bracket fit to the bracket holes in the bag or did you need to make new holes. Did the bracket come with the hardwear.I' ve been looking for a similar set up but i still have the shotgun exaust for now so i'll need a smaller bag.so i guess what in wondering is do the ghost brackets fit to any bag and how do you like how they go on and off.
Sorry for all the guestions but i wondering about that setup and your the 1st i,ve seen with it.

Thanks
