If I recall, basically all you have to do is remove the fork cap and the springs come out, correct ? Theres no need to remove the slider or anything else right ?

where did you guys buy the kit from ? and how much are they ?

On the FLSTF the springs are held in by a plug under the top bolt. You need to remove the top bolt and then either remove the forks from the trees or at least slide them down to about the lower tree to remove the second plug and then remove the springs.

Phatperformance Parts sells them for 109.00 for the Fatboy
