Question Memphis Shades batwing on fxst...anyone try it?

New to the Harley world. Sold my Victory Vegas and could not stand that I no longer had a motorcycle. Bought an 02 fxst yesterday and rode it 50 miles home. Not bad. Question though, was going to put a Memphis Shades batwing on the Vegas before I sold it. Their web site list the parts for the Vegas. Cannot find the listing for the fxst. Seems they would be the same since they are both exposed forks and the mounts just wrap around the forks. Anyway, has anyone tried this on the fx models?

This is the only place that I have seen that makes a fairing for a FXST.

Thanks for the link. A little more pricey than the memphis shades, but then again it has a radio.

was it the victory or a fxst you saw it on. If it was the harley did you get a chance to ask about the mounting hardware?

Thanks

Default Memphis shade batwing on fxst

Guess it would have to grow on me too. Comfort on long trips would be nice though. Thanks for the info

I am kicking around the same idea. Thinking it would make 4 or 5 hours on the freeway a lot better.

I have one, came on the bike. Didn't like the looks of it one bit, and still dont. BUT, it really is nice on cold mornings in the 30's and long trips. Comes off in about 5 seconds with their quick release mount.
