Default What wheel bearings did you use on your Rocker?

Read about bearing failures on Rockers. What bearings did switch too if yours failed or if you did it to prevent future failures?

Timken is also an option I believe the part number is 205PP if I remember correctly, but I'd have to pull my wheel off to confirm that can't remember if the hub is 52 mm or not axle is 25mm tho

I put Timken in mine, but All ***** work fine also. My rocker had 2 rear bearing failures in 15 thousand miles, the second caused 1200 bucks damage and almost got me killed (65 mph on a corner by a cliff and no guard rail...). It is not just rockers, all bikes after 08 have the challenged bearings...ditch them asap!!

Man thanks for sharing that. I'm definitely going to change them on all my bikes now.

No problem. The good thing is that a whole new set of high quality bearings is only about 30 bucks!!!! And about 20 bucks per wheel to install. Cheapest life insurance you can buy! Other than the bearings, I LOVE my Rocker!!!! It's going nowhere!!!

Now that I'm worried about bearings...Doesn't Timken make Harleys bearings? Were your bearings leaking before they failed. Just wondering.

Sooooo. Don't get the bearings from Harley? Now you have me very interested. At least the one thing rocker owners have to learn, is how to research. It used to be except, now its discontinued. Am I at the wrong site?
