My 2006 Harley Nightrain keep getting the trouble code P0374. The bike sputters and chokes if i remain at a constent speed. I can clear code and doesnt come on right away, other times i clear it and come back with with the igniton on not running yet. In the last three years i have changed out 3 MAP sensors for P0108 and 1 CKP sensor for P0374. i understand that sensors go out and dont have a problem changing them out. But theres seems to be a patter here. i have looked for loose ground connections, plugs improperly connected, i have spayed plugs with contact cleaned inspected for rust, even bypassed wires to CKP so dont think its a broken wire. Any suggestions

 

Did you clean your connector to the ECM? Put dialectic grease in it? Borrow a known working ECM from the same year softail and see if that fixes it. After that, it's probably going to need a breakout box to check the circuits. You can find out what the current coming from the CKP is supposed to be an check that, also.

 

Yes I cleaned out the ECM. I guess I can check the other thinks you mentioned.
