Default 06 roadking ecm

Hi, i have a 2006 roadking, had bike at the dealer recently, and had them reflash the ecm back to stock, since that was done, my check engine light comes on, checked codes p0134-0154, no oxygen sensor signal front and rear. Bike is a 2006 and dont have sensors, did i get the wrong flash, and is there any way i can tell what vin they programmed into the ecm. thanks

I was told that there were no flash updates for the 2006 ecm. Not only could you not do a stage 1 flash, but obviously, you couldn't go back to stock. Sounds like they flashed yours for maybe an 07 with o2 sensors?

Back in 2006 I had many dealers tell me that they could, until it came down to making it happen. No programs available.

just sitting here thinking of what your saying and it makes no sense at all, if in 2006 you couldnt have a ecm flashed back to stock then how did they program the ecm for your bike in the first place, your dealer just didnt wanna be bothered doing it

Here is the scenario. I did a 95 build and my local tuner wanted the ecm flashed with the stage 1 and then he would tune from there. My build got done, and when it came time to get the stage 1 flash, no dealer could produce. They said that in 2006 harley was conceding to the epa and would not offer a stage 1 flash. A year later, the same story. I don't know if that changed for the 2007, but I assume it did. The dealers claimed that they had nothing besides the stock program to flash into a 2006 ecm.

How did they program it to start with? Trust me, just because the ecm was programmed, doesn't mean that the dealer will have the ability to change it. I've been a gm tech all my life, and this is fact in our world...

If memory serves me right 06's run in an "open loop" they have no o2 sensors, 07's run in a closed loop (have o2 sensors) I can't believe the hardware (ecm) would even take a 07 flash. Update us on how this works out.

harley told me they download the stock flash from harley and load it into your ecm with the digital tech scanner, thats all i want is the ecm configured back to stock, was told by the service department that when getting the download from harleys site they have to punch in the vin # for the correct flash for the ecm and if the tech put wrong number in that could be why i got a flash for a 2007 and not the 2006 that my bike is, the ecm's are the same for 2006 and 2007 they didnt change them till 2008, i will let you guys know what happens

went to the dealer this morning with the bike, after checking it they said the tech that worked on my bike somehow put the wrong vin # when doing the download so the ecm was back to stock, they installed the right vin and did the download to configure the computer back to stock and everything is fine now, when i got home i hooked up a sert i have and read the vin in the ecm and it matches the bike.
