Default Remap for Rush 1.75's on 2014 deluxe?

Hi all, do i need to remap a deluxe 2014 model when installing 1.75 Rush mufflers? cheers Ian. Ian, UK

Nope. Didn't do one on my 2010 and no problems ever.

I didn't need to remap on my 2011 CVO. I think I may have a similar Can Bus. System. Also, I had a fair amount of popping for several hundred miles. The dealer told me it was because the steel in the new exhausts we're think and it would tale a while for them to form around the existing pipes.

It's not required. We always recommend it but with the 1.75" 99% of softails are fine to install and ride. Make sure there are no exhaust leaks and you should be fine. Rush exhaust has a thicker gauge steel than stock. Due to this we recommend tightening the muffler clamps to 81-88 Nm (60-65 ft/lbs) of torque. That will ensure a good seal. Thanks for choosing Rush!
