The tuner is adjustable for spark and timing so the only limitation I can see is the narrow band o2 sensors.

I was in the same boat after my Stage 1.
The decel popping I had plus the added heat made it unbearable.
A set of ViED's solved both problems and the bike is currently running great - but I still consider those a quick-fix until I can justify something better.
