Id like to chime in. My ECM went bad on my bike this last winter. I had flashed my bike with the FP3 prior. The FP3 was NOT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE.
Harley replaced my ECM under warranty, then Vance and Hines said to just send them my old FP3 and they sent me a new FP3 no charge!!!!! Keep in mind that Vance and Hines was not obligated to do so. The person I called to order a new one said he wanted to do this for me and not keep me hanging even though I said Id pay for the replacement.
This alone is why I recommend the FP3.
Also remember even if you just do a simple stage one flash, you will always have it for reading trouble codes in the future. So if you spend $300 bucks for the unit, you'd probably spend at least $100 or more for a unit to read codes for the car. For this reason the FP3 is a bargain for someone looking for more than a piggy back and not spending upwards of $1000 for a tuner and dyno time.
Anyone out there running a V&H #66007? Is it worth the money? How well does it work for you?
Thanks,
CB Cornbread
I run the Fp3 on my 2011 RK. Runs great with first flash tune. Found mine the cheapest at Direct Cycle Parts, Had it 3 days. When you price items with Direct Cycle parts, make sure yo put item in "cart" to see their lowest price.

I will let know by the end of the weekend. Currently I've got a stage 1 flash along with slip ons and high flow filter on my 15 SGS. I'm going to install some headers and the V&H FP3 today or tomorrow.
I am a former Power Vision user (on two different bikes) and the FP3 works great. Just as well as the PV IMO. Using your cell phone as a control was brilliant! You don't have to run back and forth to your computer for maps, just donwnload them while sitting right on the bike! And you don't have to pay anywhere near list price on these. I got my for $225. Make this guy an offer:

I put one on my 09 Ultra about 2 months ago........works great. Auto tune allows the unit to monitor and adjust to your riding style. Being able to control and view on smart phone is nice.
