Default Thoughts on bags for a 2001 Duece

Just wondering what the consensus would say. Should I go with leather saddle bags or just a single swing arm bag for my 2001 Duece? Please help me on which brand for whichever you say?

That will all depend on what you plan on using the bike for.

I have the OEM Harley leather bags on my Deuce. They look good and offer a decent amount of storage. I wish they came off easier though.

The Deuce looks great with just a solo swingarm bag. I ran one on my Deuce for years and it was just what I needed to carry rain gear, a hat, sunglasses, etc without being too bulky or having big saddlebags on the bike. (Of course I may be a bit biased because we manufacture bags and a hard mount kit )

If you are interested, check out our Bobber Bag line of solo swingarm bags for Softails (and Dynas, and Sportsters). They are top quality hand made bags and are definitely not your cookie-cutter bags that everyone else has.

For more details, you can check them out here (Bag): http://www.deadcreekcycles.com/Dead-Creek-Cycles-Bobber-Bag-Leather-Solo-Swingarm-Bag-for-Harley-Softail-Rigids-and-Bobbers_p_1193.html

and here (bag mount):
Bobber Bracket hard mount kit: http://www.deadcreekcycles.com/Dead-Creek-Cycles-Bobber-Bracket--Solo-Bag-Hard-Mount-Kit-for-Softail-Models_p_1099.html
